Every time I give my iphone to my son for playing his games, he deletes some apps or move apps from one place to other. Is there any option where I can disable move/delete apps option like holding the home button will not do anything.
I know there is "guided access" option, but guided access will make him stack in one app.

Under restrictions (in settings, general) you can disable the ability to delete apps. As far as I know there's no way to disable moving apps, though.

You might also look into Guided Access under Accessibility to see if it might be something that can help limit what someone can do when using your phone (in particular when using a specific app or something like that). http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5509
