Texas, unfortunately.
Evere since I installed the 10.4.11 update, my mini has been running slower then it's ever been. (My 800 MHz iBook G3 is doing better then my mini, running the same OS and version, with 256 MB of RAM!) And I would like to know, How do I downgrade to 10.4.10?

Try repairing permissions and running onyx scripts first. O and try downloading the 10.4.10 Combo updater....it might work? Back up first though.

No, downloading an older updater will not work.

If you do need to downgrade (and I sincerely doubt it's necessary), you'll have to get your Tiger DVD and reinstall (either Erase or Archive--Upgrade will not work), and then download the combo updater for 10.4.10 from Apple's website. When it tells you 10.4.11 is available, reject it.
