Need to erase all data. . .

Hey. I have an IPhone that has contacts, calendar, etc. . .and I need to delete all of the data without modifying anything else. . .how do I do this?

Next time you sunc your phone with itunes there are little tabs on top where you can uncheck the stuff you dont want to sync. You have the option of doing that with calender, address book etc.
