iPod Need to 'move' my music library

My iTunes library has grown too large and it now exceeds the size of my hard drive. I want to move it to a new disk but cannot see how to do this. I do not have any purchased music, so that is not an issue. 'Exporting' does not move the songs, just a list of them.

How is this accomplished?

Thank you for the link(s). There is certainly a great diversity of ways people have attacked this problem. I figured it out last night, using the file location in preference. You would think Apple would make this process easier. Thanks for the help!
