I'm trying to remove the notification/message sort of icon which is appearing on menubar lately. Clicking on that shows a Menu with a text 'Notifications' and Pause button. I've attached the screenshot of it below

I tried dragging out by holding the Cmd key, but it doesnt respond to that. If it is caused by any application you are aware of, please let me know so that I can try checking the prefs of the app to hide it from the menubar.

    Thanks,
    Rajiv

Your using Crome Notifications. Google changed the way in a recent update and you have to turn it off in Chrome.

    Disable in Chrome Flags

You are right, I'd to disable the notification via Chrome flags.

As of now, the notification feature in Chrome doesn't work, so I'd rather disable it. Thanks for the help satcomer
