Need to replace back of case on iPhone 3G 8GB

Hey all, title says it all. The back of my phone is cracked in a variety of places and now the call clarity is in the toilet, unless I pinch the bottom of the phone during the call.

Where is the best place to find a back cover, and how hard is it to change myself? It's black. Thx!

Thanks, I wasn't quite sure how to use Google. I don't want cheap chinese junk. Was just wondering if there is a quality place people get the parts from. Thx.

If you are in US, californiaphonesupplier (ebay seller name) has good part for this. It costs less than US$10 including free shipping.It has predrilled sim release level hole as well as sim tray. I have ordered few from them and the part fitted like OEM part.
