Resolved Need to Restart

Hi all. My iMac is continuously forcing me to restart it and i'm not too sure why. It covers the screen in grey with a message telling me to restart but when I do restart the message comes up again within 10 mins. Please help 😕 🙁

Is the message stating it was a kernel panic?

If so, you may be having a hardware problem of some sort. Have you upgraded anything on it recently?
