Okay guys im selling my unlocked and jailbroken 32GB 3GS this weekend. I need to find a version of 3.1.2 to restore back to and wipe the phone. It has been awhile since I have went through this process, so could someone point me in the direction of an untouched version of 3.1.2? Also, what is the best way to wipe the phone to prepare for the new owner? Thanks in advance.

This is a fine site for FW downloads.
You understand you will not be able to restore to 3.1.2 unless you have your SHSH blobs saved either locally or through cyida?

Open up Cydia and check to see for what firmware you have SHSH's saved.
It should list them on the top of the cydia page.
If you dont have them for 3.1.2 you cannot restore to it.

Sorry for th lack of details but the phone currently has 3.1.2 installed. I checked in cydia and I have hash files for all current 3.xx versions. I think I can restore to 3.1.2 through iTunes? Thanks fe the help guys!

Yes, if you're have your SHSH's for the version you're trying to restore to you're golden.
All you gotta do is redirect your hosts file to Sauriks server, download 3.1.2 firmware and restore to it.
Good luck.
