Need to sell iPhone 6 16GB, is this offer good?

Hey Guys,

not sure if this is the right part of the forum im posting in but i need your advice/help.

So im currently in a bad financial state. This will not be permanent but i really neeed the money right now ( 18 years old, not living at home, struggeling to become a trainee in IT ). So i met this Guy on ebay Kleinanzeigen ( German for Small Advertisments ) and he is selling/trading his iPhone 5s in Gold 16 GB. He will give me 200 Euros on top of it. He bought his phone in August 2014. I saw Pictures and i think it is in a really god state. Has no scratches and no defects.

Do you think this is a fair deal for both sides?

Are you also in Germany? If not I would be warry about dealing with anyone outside your country.

This seller has only one transaction on eBay and that was over a year ago.

Yes im in Germany too. What seller are you talking of?
I didnt mention any Names. So maybe you understood something the wrong way. Its not the main eBay, its the Small Ads section where you can sell and buy stuff without eBay gaining a cut of it and no fees at all. He is a legit seller and he speaks German well, so i guess he is not ripping me off. I just wanted to know if the Money on top of it is acceptable.

Also, do you think the 5S is still a relevant phone? I know that i will be missing some features like Apple Pay ( if it ever launches here in Germany/Europe idk ) and things like 240fps Slo-Mo but i can deal with that. Just, future-wise, is the 5S still good?

I wouldnt do it.
Why not sell your iphone 6 and buy a 5s in store.
Here in The Netherlands for example, you can easily sell your iphone is for 600-650 euro.
I have seen stores selling new iphone 5s for 460-500 euro.

Example: Lets say you sold your iphone 6 for 620. Amazon.de has iphone 5s for 520 euro.(if you look on other sites you can even find it cheaper)

Anyways 100 euro you would earn.
But you will have a unused phone without any scratches/scuffs (all used iphone 5s have tiny scuffs on the edges) brand new and with full warranty. That is worth the other 100 euro for me.

Selling iphone 6 and buying a new iphone 5s will save you at least 100 euros and even more if you find good deals and sell your iphone 6 for a high price.
Also ebay.de has alot of new in box iphone 5s for 480 euro from trustworthy sellers.
