Need up to date USB to Serial Adapter drivers

There are it seems no up to date drivers for this breed of device, for Mavericks. The most recent one I've found is for Lion, and that I think is the 32bit one.

Does anyone know of a modern - Mavericks, and even Yosemite??? driver or patch/fix out there?

I don't have any experience with it, but this one says it is Mavs compatible.
