Yes, I know that's a horrible thing to ask here!
But I also know many of you have been using Windows at work for years, so you're one up on me there.
I've recently started working as -- among other things -- the sole tech support for a small, very non-tech-savvy company that's using Vista Home Premium. I used to be fine with 3.1, but my experience with 98 and XP was mostly on corporate networks where I was lucky if I was allowed to install Firefox without going through the corporate IT dept. And until 3 weeks ago, I wouldn't have dreamed of touching Vista with the proverbial pole.
Can anyone recommend any Windows forums similar to MacRumors, where I can ask questions and get reasonable answers reasonably promptly, appropriate for a range of skill levels? All I'm finding in Google is icky ad-laden sites with unhelpful answers and no sense of community.
