Neo Won’t Unlock with Apple Watch

I set the Neo to unlock with my Apple Watch SE but right from the start it hasn’t worked. I have Bluetooth and wifi enabled on both. Passcode on my watch, and both signed into the same Apple ID. I’m at a loss about what else to try to get this to work.

It's working fine for me.
Disable the watch again, reboot Mac, watch and phone (yes, the phone too) and set it up again

Yes they’re both on the same wifi network.

Try the reboot everything as jz309 suggested above.

I had to enable and then disable and enable again to work so may be a glitch in Tahoe.

It worked 3x last night after rebooting but then this morning it was back to not letting me unlock it again. Think I’ll just turn the feature off until they can fix whatever bug is going on.

It's been working for me every single time since I set up my Neo last Wednesday.
There have been threads in the AW forum and I think some of the Mac forums about this feature for a few years, it seems to be working for some but not or inconsistent for others.
I had one time where I had issues for a few days but then what I posted above fixed it, for me. I also use my Mac Studio during the time and no issues with using Neo and the Studio
