Netflix error on Safari

Hi guys,

Running Netflix I get this error on Safari on my 2015 rMBP 13inch:

"Whoops, something went wrong... display error. There appears to be a display problem. Please ensure your monitor is HDCP compliant and is not mirror using airplay."

I know that I can use Chrome but Safari renders better and uses less battery as well, so any suggestions would be appreciated. Else, I'll just continue using Chrome.

Unsure what error is from, but I used Netflix on Safari yesterday with same MacBook without error...

I just helped my mom solve a similar issue where netflix stopped working on safari. I don't remember exactly what her error message was but clearing the browser history in safari solved the problem.
