No, I can't.

1. Netflix gift cards don't exist in my country.
2. Subscribing through another country (via VPN) only works with a credit card from that country.
I meant buying the gift cards from another country where Netflix is cheaper (and offers gift cards, obviously). Although I prefer option 2 since it saves even more money and you only have to set it up once (by logging into your account through a VPN while no subscription is active - You’ll then see the prices in the ‘local’ currency and Netflix will continue to charge you that regardless of where you are using it from).
You don’t need a cc from the desired country. I’m using a German Visa on a ‘Turkish’ account which saves me roughly 52 percent on the premium plan.

Idk if every cc will work for every Netflix location but it doesn’t hurt to try it out. :)
Here is a link to a spreadsheet with the cheapest countries right now, although it only refers to the Euro conversion rate. But I’m sure there are charts for other currencies as well.

Yeah okay then. Those that want to know can find more details I posted on this earlier in the thread. Netflix CFO must be uninformed also I guess?

None of these links leads me (or anyone with a reasonable understanding of business) to believe their model is unsustainable. By that metric, Amazon was also unsustainable. Clearly not the case.

I cancelled my subscription in March 2018 and still able to resubscribe through my iTunes Account information. Is this normal?

I believe since you already have a relationship via Apple it is maintained. They won’t be offering new subscriptions via the store. Which would be a loss for them in my case, because I am in credit card burnout. When yet another company demands my credit card and separate subscription site to manage, I’m immediately turned off and will just skip that purchase altogether.

I just got an email from Netflix saying they missed me and want to offer a one month trial. If I opt in, do I lose my Apple subscription plan?

Since your subscription ran out and you're going to re-subscribe, you'll need to do so directly through Netflix. Subscribing via iTunes is not an option.

But it allows me to do so when I go through my account details within the iOS App Store account settings and click on Subscriptions. My past subscriptions for Hulu and Office and HBO NOW also show up along with Netflix. I can go as far as choosing a plan for Netflix.

I believe this would apply:

So you'd likely get the free month again, and then iTunes charged after that free month.
