We currently access Netflix via Apple TV with a subscription for Netflix in iTunes. With the closing down of iTunes what is the plan going forward for use to continue access Netflix with our Apple TV and our subscription in iTunes?

Nothing changes. You can still manage your Netflix subscription via the iTunes Store in the Music app, or directly on the Apple TV.
