Apps Netflix streaming details?

I just got an apple tv 4th gen I use to use my ps3 for netflix and I can hit the display button on my remote to get streaming details to see the quality its streaming in and the audio quality as well.. Is there a way to do this with the apple tv remote?

I wish it had this option. I watched something last night that did not look quite HD to me but I can't tell if I can't see the resolution.

Send an email to Netflix with the suggestion. They're probably a little busy trying to bring their app experience from 'grilled shart sandwich' to 'faint sharty aftertaste', but maybe they'll get around to it. Eventually.

You can call Netflix while the movie is streaming and they can tell you if is 1080p or lower

the resolution is hard coded into the image, so you can see your streaming quality.

You'll want to make sure the volume is low, as it does some sweeps.
