Just wondering ... now that Netflix supports movie streaming on Macs, will it be possible to watch movies on Netflix on an iPod touch?

No. I receive an error message on my iPhone. It doesn't meet the system requirements.

No.

It requires silverlight which does not run on the iphone os.

Not unless Netflix releases a specific iPhone app that supports it, which won't happen.
