Netflix wont play...

    It used to play, then it stopped. No matter what title I select, I get "You're almost ready to watch" and there is a grey square over top that says "preparing..." with the progress spinner. Eventually the "preparing..." square goes away, and I am still at the starting screen.

    Netflix works fine on my xbox, so I dont think its my account.

    How do you get support for a free app :)

    Kind of generic info, but I'd try doing a soft reset (hold the home and power button until you see Apple logo) and also make sure your internet connection is solid.

    I had my first incident of this tonight while trying to stream Dexter. I hooked up the device and XCode showed an out of memory log. I powered off the iPad and restarted. Started working fine.

    When in doubt, always restart....
