    Happy New Year to all!

So, my daughter calls me and sez her internet is out. So I help her with basic ping commands and stuff like that. I have Mac OS/X LION laying around and I was wondering if somebody could be so kind to give me a list of network commands? For example, in windows, you have ipconfig and the mac/linux is ifconfig. But I was looking for the termnal command that tells you your default gateway and more info that is comparable to the ipconfig /all command. For example how to renew/release a dhcp lease, clear the dns cache, use net view to see a list of your LAN.. stuff like that

    Thanks all
