Network Connection Timeout?

Hi Guys and Gals,

Ok, this is driving me nuts. I started to download the new OS in
iTunes but after a while it stops downloading and I get an error
message that says ' there was a problem downloading the software for
the iPad. The network connection timed out. '

I have no idea why this is happening but it happened when I was trying to update my software to 4.3.5 too.

My internet connection is fine. Any advice?
