Network issues on 2013 Time Capsule

Something connected to my 2013 Time Capsule is saturating my connections upload bandwidth. I have no idea if its one of my Mac's, iOS devices or something else. So I'm wondering if there is a utility (I am willing to spend a little money on it) for the Mac that can tell me whats going through my Time Capsule?

Change your DNS to OpenDNS and do logging.

Plus use the software AdwareMedic and run it to make sure you don't have Trojan installed.

Lastly look at the shareware Little Snitch. You will be surprised at how many programs call home.
