network library doesn't work...

I want to know if this is normal,

when I click on my Macintosh HD harddrive icon on my desktop, then if I go to network, theres two icons, 1)libary and 2)servers
Library doesn't work (alias library not found) and when It lets me choose where it's suppose to be linked, it wont let me. When i try to delete it, it says i don't have the privlliges to do so.😕

Just wondering if this is normal and is on all macs or not

It's for use on networks which have OSX Servers on them (i.e. machines running OSX Server edition serving out networked applications and libraries). If you do not have an OSX Server ignore it!
