I'm a pretty experienced mac user, but I've never had to deal with this on a mac until I moved into the dorms.

Is there anything comprable to "my network places" on a mac?

There's a server on the school's network I need to connect to, but I'm having trouble figuring out a way to find it with out something like network places in windows.

Thanks.

Open Finder, click the Network icon, and it should list them there.
