Network preferences issue

If I go to network preferences, I keep getting the below window (in attachment) , it keeps popping up. I don't know which application causes this, is there anyway of finding out?

This is an issue that I don't believe a fix exists for yet.

Although, one solution may be to turn on "Require password to unlock each System Preferences pane" in System Preferences --> Security.

I found the following 'solution', although locking it with a password seems to do the trick at present, so I'll try that first 🙂
