I have to Macs, An iPhone, Wii, and an xbox 360 all running off the same wireless router. I can do screen sharing with the 2 macs. Is this considered a home network? I have a feeling there is more to it than just sharing the same modem. Where could I go to get more info on setting up a network?:apple:

Cool. I guess I just need to read up more on the correct way to share and transfer files with the 2 macs. This stuff is still new to me.:apple:

sharing files should be relatively easy to do between the macs.

    go to system preferences>sharing

and from there you can enable File Sharing with a checkbox

If you're interested in what you can do with networked Macs, I suggest watching this Bundle. The videos within it give an general intro, talk about sharing printers, files, enabling and using screen sharing and more
