Networking not working!!!!

Hello!

I'm having a serious problem with my Tiger server. No users can logon to their accounts, the say that their password has expired and they need to make a new one.

I have tried that but it is still the same.
If I logon with my admin password and user it works fine.

And why is discussions on apple.com down when you need it.

Is this problem there because of the MobileMe launche?
We used .mac to sync our calendars in the firm...
