Hey everyone, i hope someone out there can help me with this!
I have two macs, a lampshade iMac and a new iBook. The iMac is connected to the intenet through a DSL router directly, and the Book is connected to the internet via an Airport Express Base Station.
I want both computers to be able to share files and a usb laser printer. At the moment I can connect the iBook to the iMac using its router IP address, but not Rendezvous. Because of this I can't use the printer. I can't connect the iMac to the iBook, because the IP address on the router connects to the Airport, but not to the iBook.
Does anyone know how to get my two macs talking using rendezvous and the afp protocol?
Steve
