Hi,
Just an FYI from my experience with www.neureal.com (now owned by www.emc.com) - they seem to be trying to drive customers away.

In June they erased a lot of websites (mine included) with no backup.
OK, I lived with that.
Last month, their system would not accept charges on the renewed version of my credit card (used for 5 years with no data changes). Visa said they returned the charge repeatedly. I paid in cash from paypal to get back online.
The problem seemed to be an extra dash in the way my address was listed in their system. I couldn't change it. The tech people forwarded my problem to Billing on 11/26. I emailed billing directly on 11/28 and 12/4 - except for my auto-receipt - THEY NEVER EVEN REPLIED.
Today I cancelled my Neureal acct and shifted my sites over to Network Solutions - no problems, good set up support!
My theory is that emc (who now handles neureal billing) doesn't want to keep it's acquisition operating.
Beware.
