Yeah so after a bunch of emails my only option is to return the gift someone bought me. Horrible customer service. I have to tell the person who bought me a gift " Hey thank you for the thought but they company you paid sent me the wrong thing , they won't fix their mistake. COMPANY IS GARBAGE!!!

Typically, when somebody purchases something off a website or in the store, they have the option of getting a gift receipt. I'm assuming this company does not have the option of looking up the transaction for you or assisting with a return with the individual who bought the item for you doesn't have a gift receipt. Either way, I wouldn't support this company either from how you're portraying it.

So after many emails back and forth. One person got back to me saying sorry for the mix up what can they do to help. Any time after that i put her name in the email subject line and the first 3 lines of any email just so they would send it to her. I got them to send me the proper band i ordered and for the mistake an extra apple watch charging cable. So as i am still hesitate on buying something from the in the future they did finally righted their wrong. But it wasn't easy me emailing them every day whats the update.

Every CEX shop I've been in smells bad; I mean every single one.

And they are notoriously poor with their online services.
