Never got my refund for my 2 bumpers WTF?

Just checked the past few months of my bank statements and I never got my refund for the bumpers I bought. One I got launch day and one a few weeks later (all before the Sept 30 deadline).

Anyone know how I go about getting my refund? $60 is $60 and would be nice to get back.

You wont get reimbursed for both. The program only covered one. Call Apple and ask about the other.

not true. I got blue and white and got refunded for both. refunds should've been done auto unless you paid cash.

I thought it was supposed to get refunded automatically, but saw from my statements that it didn't happen.

Calling Apple, will they be able to handle this via phone?

Anyone with experience with this?
