If you search for sbsettings 3.3.1 fix, then there are two files up for download on a website beginning with x, I don't know if I can mention the name. Replace the files in Applications/SBSettings.app with the about.HTML and SBSettings file you downloaded 😉 you might need to reboot also 🙂
