Never Power Down?

I will be receiving my new 3.06 12 core Monday.is it best to keep these work stations on all the time, or shut them down every night?

I've had mine since 07. Only shut down to move it or clean it.

That's what I have been doing for about the past year. Just wanted to make sure on this next beast. I'm and audiophile. I always leave my Crown power amp on 24/7 (400 watts X 4) as well. Have never had an issue.
