new 13" vs older 15"

i miss them as well. I love working on my girlfriends 2006 white macbook. I want them to bring the black one back!

I was thinking about buying a Black MacBook just for a toy/project in the future. They are "refurbished" on eBay for less than $500. I want to get one and install max RAM and a small SSD just for the sake of it.

13" + external monitor in your main work location. The extra productivity afforded by the external + the portability of the 13" makes for a great setup.

I am already doing this with my m11x and plan to with either size I go with. it just comes down to the ports and price vs power and screen size at this point i think

I love the new 13" models, but I prefer to have a discrete video card for extra lifting and processing.

15in has more CPU power (dual vs quad), dedicated GPU, and bigger screen.
