New 15inch MBP retina: Graphics Issue?

I have a 2 week old MBP and the below is happening constantly. Graphics and words come up as you see in this picture.

Should I return it?

if it happens on every website that you visit, with the same location in your screen,

Return it.

My 2c - If it only happens in Safari it might not be a hardware issue.

If you reload the page does it go away?
