Yes, i did wait untill the 14th, i guess the prices hasn't change a bit for the new Imacs. I did have in mind for a macbook, but 13" is to small for me. Would be nice to lay on your bed and playing with a 13" Macbook. My eyes would hurt. Plus i wont need a portability labtop.

My budget is $1300

Plus i'm worried if the 24" would fit!

i'd do the 24 or wait for the elusive "new 24" and grab one of those refurbs. i'm a big fan of refurb cause it's like a cleaned up mac that has been tested specifically vs. production line in the first place. plus price is great!

if you don't care to be portable there is no reason to do a laptop instead of desktop. you get so much more on the desktop.

I went with the 24" refurb! just purchased it! estimated delivery 17th-21st!
