New 2017 21.5" Imac or 2nd hand 17" 2015

I'm trying to make up my mind which is the better Imac to buy.
One is a new 21.5" and the other is a 2nd hand 27".
It doesn't really worry me if I buy a 27" or a 21.5" and though the 2nd hand one has a larger hard drive that's not that important either as I can change that at a later date with not much trouble.
I do play games like Elder Scrolls Online" on it so I want the one that will handle games like that the best and for the longest.
I am updating from my mid 2011 Imac but about $2000 is my limit.
Can someone advise me which way I should go please? I have put links to both below.

Between the two, I think you'd be better of with the 2015 mostly because of the 27" screen. 21 is too small IMO.

27". I went up from a 24" which I thought was too small in the first place - those extra inches make a difference and the Retina Screen at that size is awesome!
