New 2020 Interfaces with Macs

Hi all,
I’ve been looking at the new interfaces out for 2020. Wondering if anyone has any experience with any of these but also thought it would be cool to bring up any issues or tips with software etc.


I’ve been looking at:

SSL 2+
MOTU M4
Presonus isostation 24c

Also dig the UA arrow but I’d like to have some money left over to either invest in Logic or Presonus studio One.

I used to use my Mac Pro 3,1 with a pro tools digi 002 rack and pro tools LE.

I started using reaper a few years ago and like it.

Has anyone bought any of these interfaces that can shared their experiences?

So I ordered the SSL2 from Sweetwater. Hopefully it works out.

motu m4 4x4 here. love it, but just got it, so i can share any finer details. love the display on the front showing levels. So far so good. i dont notice any latency thats worth caring about whatsoever, and it looks sleek.

The meters on that unit are really cool and I hope more companies start that trend.

The ssl comes tomorrow and I’m pretty excited about it. With all this Corona stuff I’ll have extra time and home to hopefully put it and the mini through it’s paces.
