I wouldn't be worried about it. I am a 21 year employee of FedEx Express and I would say that most orientation labels on small packages are not even noticed by the package handlers. Most, if not all packages, are stacked in trailers and containers in such a way as to maximize density. In other words, they stack the packages like bricks regardless of the little "this side up" arrows.
