Hello, make story short,
I lost my original backup for my 3GS, my 3GS was acting up, I installed itunes 9 and created a new back up, backup took 12 hours to complete.
Went to the apple store I checked the application data--> Apple Computer folder and backup and it seems that there was a backup made today.

they gave a new 3GS, I started itunes, connected 3GS to PC and I got this msg

googled the problem and got this answer

now I am not sure if I got symantec running on my company's laptop but this is a print screen of the processes, any idea which one should I end to get Itunes working?

last, if I copy the apple data folder to a dvd(its about 3gb) and I download itunes 9 to another pc, and I copy the apple data folder from the DVD,
will I be able to restore from backup my iphone?
