Hi, complete noob with my iPad...
Bought it yesterday and trying to set it up, I kind of messed up.
I didn't write down all the passwords and got confused wit my "ID" name...
Now I don seem to access the store and I am thinking about completely reset the iPad...

I want to keep all my addresses and logins though.
How is it done please?
I didn't put my credit card number either etc...
Also the Internet seems very slow, sometimes not working and I am sitting next to wi fi box
Thanx in advance

Since you just bought a new ipad, you qualify for telephone support from Apple. I suggest you give them a call. (1-800-MY-APPLE) I think trying to give the level of help you need on an online forum is going to be way too slow and frustrating for everyone.

In the settings you can perform a complete settings reset without erasing any of your information.

Settings -> General --> Reset ---> Reset All Settings

Thanks did that, but could not reset everything, because my email address was taken and it advised me to reset my PW.
I did, now everything seems to be ok
Thanks for help
