Pretty sure the 2019 Air comes with Mojave not Catalina

My work just got an order of 2019 Airs in and at least from Apple, they're on Catalina. If you want a stock config, you could give your local Best Buy's stock a shot.

Writing this post on a 2019 MBA purchased from Best Buy in November of 2019 and it came with Mojave installed. Check out Best Buy.

Even if it comes with Catalina preinstalled, you can always downgrade it to Mojave yourself.

If it came with Mojave originally, regardless of what’s on there now, you can downgrade to Mojave.
