Anker announced it's new lineup of Series 7 charging devices and I want all of them. lol

I have the 735 already but wanted to see if the 736 was on sale by chance and stumbled on the announcement. And now there is a 737 120w w/ 2 USB-c + 1 USB-a. :D

The 747 is the real winner though w/ 150w and 4 ports.

If you don't have it already, the 735 is still a really good deal and enough for most + there is a promo: *Get Anker 643 USB-C to USB-C Cable for just $0.99 when you buy this charger on anker.com.

I was looking at this too and the 735... it seems odd because they are showing the 735 as a new charger with Ganprime yet the 735 has been around for a few months? Are there 2 versions of the 735?

I was wondering the same. My 735 doesn't say "GanPrime" on it and the description says it uses Gan II technology but otherwise, all specs seem to be the same. I asked their twitter account but haven't gotten a response yet. Will post if they reply.

Yeah, it's a little confusing. One other complaint I've seen repeatedly is the 735 and 737 tend to drop out of wall outlets due to their heavy + long design.

I have the 735 and have never had that issue, though someone's wall sockets may be looser than others so I see where this could happen. At airports, even my tiny single port chargers can fall out of those well worn sockets. As for the 737 - was just announced so I haven't seen any reviews yet, just announcements. Can you link?

I hear you.

It's getting so everytime I see a top heavy looking charger like that, my mind immediately jumps to bringing one of these along:

Curious - anyone get the new 735 yet? The reviews on Amazon seem a bit mixed but wondering how it works with Apple products...
