New Apple Contacts App?

I noticed during a featured application article that the contacts icon on the desktop looked different. Could this be a new version or is it an app that I am not aware of?

The circled icon is for Notefile, another app from the same developer as Deliveries. The running app on the screen is Deliveries, though.
