It's 14 days, and there is a 10% restocking fee. Would that be stock or build to order? BTO can not be exchanged.

Because your MBP would be built to order, they will not honor a return and refund unless it is defective.

Yes they will do the swap, but you have send it back into the online store. Also you're counting on them releasing new computer AND having them available that day.

To bad they don't make a better internal MBP battery that held like 1.5 x the charge of a regular one, give the MBP 17 like 7 or 8 hours battery life with full lcd and wifi, that would rock. Im looking forward to the High res Matte LED backlight screen, I loved the 15's LED lit screen. just had a bad low res..

I never play the waiting game myself.

As with battery life, just get a second battery. And even with 1.5x capacity you won't get 7/8 hours. It's like expecting to drive 10k miles on a tank of gas.
