Is there going to be a new Apple bluetooth keyboard coming now that all the new Macs (and iPads) have Bluetooth 4.0? How often has Apple come out with new Keyboards?

Probably at some point. Keyboards aren't on meaningful update cycles, so it's pointless to make a prediction based off of past updates.
I hope this time they release a backlit keyboard (happy for it to be corded). The area my mac mini sits in can get a bit dark at night. I currently use a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate but wouldn't mind something of a smaller form factor that's backlit.
