Apple just launched the new line of Studio Displays this month, and Amazon already has a few $100 discounts on select models during its Big Spring Sale. You can get the Standard Glass Studio Display with Tilt-Adjustable Stand for $1,499.00, down from $1,599.00, an all-time low price.

Additionally, we're tracking $100 discounts on a few other 2026 Studio Display models on Amazon this week, including Nano-Texture, VESA Mount, and Tilt- and Height-Adjustable Stand options. Some models are seeing delivery dates slip into late April, but otherwise you'll find April 6 dates for free delivery options.

I still do not get Apple’s pricing on the Studio Display XDR. If you choose VESA instead of the tilt and height-adjustable stand, it really should be cheaper. On the regular Studio Display in the UK, Apple effectively values that stand at £400 extra, so the same logic should apply here too.

What makes it even more annoying is that you cannot just remove the stand later and fit a VESA mount separately. At first I thought you could just buy the stand version, sell the stand, and switch to VESA later, but Apple has basically made that impossible. You have to choose one or the other when you buy it and stick with it.
