New Apple TV (Italian user)

Hallo to everybody!

I'm Italian (i live near Milan) and i have a quick question:
as in Italy the new Apple TV is not available, i'm thinking to buy one on ebay.com from US (i bought a MacBook Pro and an iPhone 4 from ebay.com and all was good).
My question is: if a buy one from US are there any issues if i use it in Italy?

YOu might run into issues with the iTunes sure not 1005 sure on that.
Playing local content should work perfectly though.
