New Apple Tv, or just a software update?

With iTunes rentals all but certain, will we finally see an apple tv software update or rather a whole new product??

definatley software update, maybe a newer model as well, my opinion, the distributed way apple account for appletv (and iphone) sales means we get all the software updates.

I don't know which will happen but I know I will buy one or the other right after the keynote
