iPhone XS Max NEW AS OE 1-7-19 XSMAX

MY ALMOST NEW IPHONE XS MAX IS NOT RESPONDING.I touch the screen and nothing is happening. I can not turn off, I can not send or receive text messages or send or receive pone calls.
It started several days ago when I noticed It would not respond to my touching the screen to taKE a photo.
Also, it will not let me hear the navigation messages when using Apple maps.

If you can't turn it off the normal way or enter DFU mode, to see if that fixes the glitch, take it to Apple.
