When I check my data usage. It just gives me an error and tells me to try again later.

I get the same thing on the web but when using the My AT&T app it does show usage.

I get basically the same screen as AppleJuiced
 
I just logged into my account and mine says:

Used 111.6mb of 10238976 MB which equals 9999gb too but didn't get the pop up

always nice to have although i don't use nearly as much cause i'm on wifi at home
 
My line shows no data plan either and under Add Services it just gives me options to add unlimited data for non smart phones. I called customer care to confirm if I had the proper unlimited iPhone LTE plan and I do.

Under my AT&T it shows Used 0.05 MB of Unlimited. This feature was added on 9.21.12 and may be pro-rated.

Same exact situation with me. I'm waiting until this billing cycle is over to see what happens.

I guess I'll have to wait and see what the bill shows. Hopefully this isn't some billing issue. I did my preorder from Apple's website and made NO CHANGES to my features or plan. I realize they had to change the 3G data unlimited plan to a LTE unlimited plan and therein lies the problem. It wouldn't be the first time AT&T's had billing issues with new feature codes.

I know we all have unlimited. It just bothers me that we all have different stats. I don't know if this also happened to y'all but it happened to me. I found out that for some reason the AT&T " system" removed my unlimited text and mobile to mobile plan. The rep said it was replaced with the old unlimited text plan which doesn't include the new mobile to mobile. Again I'm not saying it has happened to everyone but just a heads up that you might want to check your plans to make sure nothing was changed when you upgraded.
 
Looks like AT&T fixed it in their system now. Yesterday I was seeing a limit on my unlimited plan within the app, however, when I logged in this morning to check my usage it was showing unlimited just as it did before I upgraded.

I checked my AT&T CSS online because I got an email from them I had a plan change. My CSS was generated 9.24

My CSS shows this for data plan:

DATA UNLIMITED FOR iPhone ON 4G LTE
WITH VVM  $30.00
Data Unlimited. Visual Voicemail.

The OLAM is still not updated with the new plan still offering me unlimited for non smart phones. I am sure AT&T will fix this in time.

Appears AT&T fixed the glitch today. Now when I check my services "Data Unlimited For iPhone On 4G LTE" does show up on OLAM & MY AT&T app!!!
